Why can’t I see the Look inside the book page?
In order to view the interactive Look inside the book page you will need to have the Macromedia Flash plugin installed and javascript enabled in your browser.

How do I use the Look inside the book page?
To get a taster of the book before you buy, you can browse through the entire book online. It is just like flipping through the pages of a book in a bookshop. Click on the corner of the page to flip. You can also use the arrows on the bottom of the book to turn the page or the ‘jump to’ pull down menu to quickly go to different chapters of the book.
Why can’t I see the Video clips?
Once the video recipes on the Video page becomes available, you will need to have the Macromedia Flash plugin installed and javascript enabled in your browser.
